The Focused Opportunities Fund: Overview

The JCClark Focused Opportunities Fund was launched in June 2005.

Liquidity:  Monthly subscriptions and redemptions (2% redemption fee payable if units are redeemed within a twelve month period of initial investment).

Minimum Investment: $150,000

Fees:  2% management fee + 20% performance fee.

Hurdle Rate: 6%
