Anthony Griffiths is the Chairman of Novadaq Technologies Inc. and a Director of Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd., Fairfax India Holding Corporation and Blue Ant Media Inc. Over his career he has held senior positions with Consumers Packaging Ltd., Jonlab Investments Ltd., Canadian Cablesystems Ltd., and Connor, Clark & Company Ltd.. Mr. Griffiths served as President and CEO of the Mitel Corporation from 1985 to 1987, and 1991 to 1993, and served as President and CEO of the Ondaatje Corporation from 1993 to 1995. Born in Rangoon, Burma, Mr. Griffiths received his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 1954 and his Masters of Business Administration from The Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1956.
Daniel Klass is an entrepreneur and founder of Klass Capital, a private investment firm. The firm’s primary focus is to acquire on-premise legacy software assets and build disruptive, enterprise cloud-based software businesses. Mr. Klass founded Klass Capital in 2010 and has acquired or invested in 16 software businesses. Today, the portfolio has $165mm of revenue, over 700 employees and is growing at 60% year over year. Mr. Klass holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario, and received a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
Timothy Casgrain is a consultant to Skyservice Investments Inc., a Canadian business aviation company where he was previously Vice-Chairman. Mr. Casgrain also served as Chair of the CBC/Radio Canada Board of Directors, as well as Anaconda Mining, and is a Director of SiriusXM Canada. Mr. Casgrain served as the Executive Vice President of Brookfield Asset Management Inc from 1976 to 2002, and was appointed a member of the Order of Canada in 2014. Mr. Casgrain joined the Toronto Rehab Foundation Board in 2004 and served as Chair 2008-2014. Born in Montreal, Mr. Casgrain received a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 1969. In 1976, he became a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec.
